What’s Included To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, the following materials are provided as part of the lesson price: One small canvas (ideal for practice and experimentation) High-quality oil or acrylic paints Essential brushes and painting tools Easels and all necessary studio equipment Studio Experience Enjoy a relaxed and creative atmosphere where you can immerse yourself in your artwork without distractions. My studio is designed to foster creativity, allowing you to fully focus on the artistic process while receiving one-on-one professional guidance. Booking & Availability Sessions are available for all skill levels. Lessons are held in my studio and can be booked as a single session or as part of an ongoing course. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for the Abstract Painting Workshop 1. Inquiry and Booking All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email or through the contact form on the website. Upon receiving your inquiry, I will confirm availability and propose a date and time for the workshop. The booking will only be confirmed once written confirmation is received, and the full payment has been made in advance. 2. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made up to 10 days before the workshop date: The full amount will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the workshop date: 50% of the payment will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date: No refund will be issued. If the workshop needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be offered. 3. Changes and Adjustments Any changes to the number of participants or the schedule must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. If the number of participants changes, additional materials may be required, which could incur extra costs. 4. Group Size and Participants The workshop is suitable for groups of 4-6 people per canvas. Larger groups will be divided into smaller teams, allowing for multiple artworks to be created. For groups larger than 12 people, multiple workshop sessions can be arranged. 5. Clothing and Preparation Participants should wear comfortable clothing that they don’t mind getting paint on, as the creative process can be messy. All materials, including paints and canvases, will be provided. Participants are not required to bring any materials. 6. Location and Duration The workshop can be held at my professional art studio or at the client's office. If the workshop takes place at the client's location, transport costs for the materials will be charged separately (CHF 120.-). The workshop typically lasts 2-3 hours, depending on the group size and schedule. 7. Privacy and Photography Photos may be taken during the workshop for marketing purposes or to document the creative process. If participants do not wish to appear in photos, this should be communicated in advance. All personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 8. Liability Participants are responsible for their own safety during the workshop. The organizer is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the session.
